Supporting Schools. Strengthening Services. Helping Students Thrive.
Sara Casper is the founder and owner of Casper Therapy Services. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with 19 years of experience supporting students and partnering with school teams across educational settings. Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2004 and her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University in 2006.
After nearly two decades working directly in schools, Sara often saw therapists placed with little support and districts left navigating staffing challenges on their own. She believed there could be a better way - one built on relationships, communication, and genuine partnership.
Sara remains actively involved in supporting both therapists and districts, ensuring placements are thoughtful, supported, and aligned with each school's needs. Her goal is simple: to help schools feel confident and supported so students can receive the services they need to succeed. Because when schools and therapists are supported, students thrive.
Our Founder's Promise
At Casper Therapy Services, partnerships with schools are built on reliability, communication, and support. As the owner, Sara remains personally involved to ensure districts receive responsive communication, thoughtful therapist placement, and ongoing support throughout the school year.
Schools can expect:
- Consistent communication and accessibility
- Carefully vetted therapists who are supported, not just placed
- A collaborative approach focused on each district's needs
- A commitment to continuity and student-centered services
We understand the importance of consistency, compliance, and clear communication within school systems, and we work closely with districts to support smooth, dependable service delivery throughout the school year.
